We want your shopping experience at Medivon to be completely comfortable, even if you decide to return an item.
We believe that trust is built not only on product quality but also on the way we support our customers after purchase. If the chosen device does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right to withdraw from the contract in a simple and transparent manner.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to return a product?
Step 1. Prepare your shipment
Carefully secure the returned product to prevent damage during transport.
Include a withdrawal form or your own statement containing order details with the shipment.
Remember that the product should only be used to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Step 2. Ship the parcel

The product should be returned within the period specified by applicable regulations. We recommend keeping proof of shipment until the return process is complete.
Step 3. Refund
Upon receipt of the returned product or confirmation of its shipment, we will initiate the refund process. Funds will be returned using the same payment method used during the purchase, unless we jointly agree on an alternative solution.
The refund will be processed no later than 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations.
